LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter announced today that Assistant General Manager and Assistant Coach Misha Donskov has accepted the role as an Associate Coach with the Ottawa 67’s. Donskov has been a part of the Knights coaching staff since the 2009-2010 season.
“I will be forever grateful to Dale and Mark Hunter for the opportunity they gave me to work with the London Knights. I have great memories of my time in London and will miss our players, coaches, management, and fans,” Donskov stated.
“Misha has done an outstanding job for the team from his administrative work and scouting role in his Assistant General Manager position to his coaching responsibilities with the London Knights coaching staff,” said Hunter. “He is passionate about his job and has brought a tremendous amount of skill to the London Knights. He will certainly be missed by the organization and we wish Misha all the best moving forward in his career.”
Donskov will be in the office until Friday, July 6, 2012.
