London Knights Job Description – Kiosk Based Sales Associate
Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Merchandise Manager
Based at: John Labatt Centre
Job Purpose: Sales associates are responsible for serving customers at the highest level as well as ensuring the quality of the business operations of the two sales kiosks within the merchandise department. This position is also responsible for meeting monthly departmental sales goals
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Attain weekly/monthly sales targets & mystery shop scores
- Attend pre-game meetings to discuss goals and objectives for the upcoming event, learn about promotions, etc...
- Greet fans promptly and enthusiastically; assist fans with store purchases
- Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries
- Ensure merchandise is neat and attractively displayed
- Stock and re-stock products as needed; count inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kiosk at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Operate POS cash register; handle cash accurately and provide change
- Communicate re-stocking needs with manager at beginning, during and end of every game
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required

- Willingness to go beyond comfort zone to ensure organizational goals are met
- Winning attitude
- Ability to work all London Knights home games as well as other shifts as needed
- Flexibility to work beyond scheduled shift is an asset, but not a must
- Previous experience in a retail sales/cash handling environment an asset
- Passion for the sport of hockey and knowledge of the London Knights organization
- Ability to learn basic, repetitive computer functions & troubleshoot small problems as needed

Job Purpose: Sales associates are responsible for serving customers at the highest level as well as ensuring the quality of the day-to-day operations within the London Knights Hockey Club. This position is also responsible for meeting monthly departmental sales goals
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Attain weekly/monthly sales targets & mystery shop scores
- Attend pre-game meetings to discuss goals and objectives for the upcoming event, learn about promotions, etc...
- Greet fans promptly and enthusiastically; assist fans with store purchases
- Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries
- Ensure merchandise is neat and attractively displayed
- Stock and re-stock shelves; count inventory
- Ensure cleanliness of store at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Operate POS cash register; handle cash accurately and provide change
- At POS, build customer profiles to accurately track sales
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required
- Learn and operate Paciolan Ticketing System to service any ticketing needs fans may have
- Operate Manual Heat Press machinery to fulfill customer & team needs
