The London Knights go north and beat the Soo Greyhounds to snap a three-game losing streak.

SAULT STE. MARIE -- Jared Knight's early second period goal stood up as the winner as the London Knights hung on for a 3-2 victory over the Soo Greyhounds last night to snap a three-game losing skid.

Nazem Kadri and Justin Taylor scored for the Knights, while Michael Hutchinson made 30 saves for London.

Vern Cooper and Jordan Nolan had a goal and an assist each for Sault Ste. Marie.

On Saturday at Saginaw, Mich., Jordan Skellett had a goal and two assists as the Saginaw Spirit held off a late rally to edge the Knights 3-2.

Jordan Szwarz scored and added an assist for Saginaw, while Ivan Telegin had a single.

Colin Martin and Matt Ashman scored in the third period to keep London in the game.
