Renewals for season tickets are underway for the 2016-17 season.
To secure early bird pricing, we must receive a $100.00 per seat deposit prior to 6pm on Friday, May 27, 2016, and FULL PAYMENT by 6:00pm on Thursday, June 30, 2016. For regular pricing, FULL PAYMENT must be received by 6:00pm on Thursday, June 30, 2016; however, no deposit is required. If we do not receive payment in full by Thursday, June 30th, you will forfeit the right to your seat(s) and your tickets will be returned to the London Knights Hockey Club.
Payment can be made the following ways:
- At the Aluminum Associates London Knights Armoury, Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Over the Phone:
- Through the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office at 519-681-0800 ext. 1
- If you have received a new credit card and would like to add it to your account, please contact Director of Ticketing, Cindy Mitro at firstname.lastname@example.org or 519-681-0800 ext 6445.
For our season ticket holders only, we do offer discounted pricing for children (age 25 months-12 years), students (age 13-17 or with a valid student card), and seniors (age 65+). This pricing is based on the person attending the games, not the person who originally purchased the ticket.
If you have provided your discounted ticket (resold it, given it away, etc.) to an adult to attend the game, that ticket holder will be required to pay an upcharge before they are allowed entry to the facility. For a child ticket, the difference is $1.50, and for a student/senior ticket the difference is $1.00 to upgrade to a regular adult ticket.
Arrangements for an upgrade can be made prior to the game by calling London Knights Director of Ticketing, Cindy Mitro, at 519-681-0800 ext. 6445. On the day of the game, tickets can also be upgraded by stopping by the Gate 1 Box Office, or the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office located at Jack Astor’s Gate 4. If the ticket is not upgraded prior to entering the game, the ticket will be stopped at the door, and the ticket holder will be required to visit the box office to pay the upgrade fee.

Can’t Attend a Game? No Problem!
We are pleased to facilitate Ticket Marketplace where you can easily sell your tickets. You can do so by clicking HERE. You will receive a credit in your season ticket account for the amount you paid for each ticket sold. This credit can be used for playoff tickets and/or season ticket renewal.
