KNIGHTS ACQUIRE WINTERTON, HUMPHREY FROM BULLDOGS
The London Knights have made an early trade deadline splash acquiring OHL Champions, Ryan Winterton and Ryan Humphrey in exchange for Luca Testa, Carson Lloyd, and a 2026 2nd Round Pick (via MISS).
Winterton, who has missed the first half of the season with a injury sustained in last years OHL Playoffs, recorded 20 goals, 26 assists, and 46 points across 37 games last season. Winterton recorded 19 points in 18 games helping lead the Bulldogs to an OHL championship and finished T-3rd in Memorial Cup scoring with 6 points in 5 games. Winterton was a 3rd round pick, 67th overall in the 2021 NHL Draft to the Seattle Kraken.

Humphrey recorded 62 points in 68 games with the Bulldogs last season and 14 points across 24 games in the first half of the 2022-23 season. Humphrey recorded 9 points in 19 playoff games last spring. Humphrey is now the only American born player on the Knights roster.
