The London Knights are saddened to announce the passing of Don Brankley.

Affectionately nicknamed “Branks”, Brankley served as a member of the London Knights training staff for 38 years.  He first started with the Knights in 1970, just five years after the start of the London franchise, and was a part of the organization until the end of the 2007-2008 season.

Branks was a member of the 2005 MasterCard Memorial Cup Championship team. The long-term team trainer took care of hundreds of Knights alumni throughout his tenure with the franchise.

Branks will always be remembered at Budweiser Gardens as a banner signifying his commitment and passion towards the Knights hangs from the rafters.

The London Knights would like to send its sincerest condolences to the Brankley family at this time.
